Executive Chef, Leon Coetzee has become renowned in the industry for creating unique, fine cuisine due to his diverse culinary skills and broad knowledge of local and international culinary trends as a result of his impressive career. To date he has received multiple awards and some of his signature dishes can be found in two prestigious cook books, one being “32 Inspirational Chef’s” by Relais & Châteaux.
