The restaurant situated in the Homestead has won countless awards over the years. Wherever the mood takes you; to the library, verandah, pool, courtyard, your private terrace or the rose gardens, an elegant setting will be arranged either for more intimate meals or for group celebrations.
Executive Chef, Antoinette Meyer
I started my career in the 90’s working at the local high school restaurant, doing my practical front and back of house. With my training completed at Internationally recognised WARWICK Chef school in Hermanus, I went on to gain intense experience in high pressure service environments.
Starting out in the US working at Polo Golf Estate as a line chef, I moved on to Europe. It was here where I sharpened my skills and acquired an European flair that I still infuse with my South African roots.
With a variety of experience gained abroad, I decided to return to South Africa where I had the privilege to work for some of the most prestige establishments in the country.
My objectives are using local organic suppliers and in the process support the local communities and emerging small businesses.
My Aim is and always will be out of the box thinking and that you are only as good as the last plate you served
